This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we use
- Public listing information: photos, descriptions and the listing agent's public contact details, as published on real estate sites.
- What you send us: the listing, email and name you enter in our sample form, and any emails you send us.
- Basic technical details when you use the form, like your browser type, only to block spam.
- Payment confirmation if you buy. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
- Page views of our site and sample pages, counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.
What we do with it
We use it only to make samples, reply to you, deliver what you bought and keep basic records. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts our site and stores form requests. Resend sends our automatic emails. Google Workspace handles our email. Our payment provider processes cards. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests, emails and order records only as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as the law requires for business records. Ask us and we'll delete your information, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
Samples
Sample pages have private, unguessable addresses and are hidden from search engines. We remove them after 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
Stop hearing from us
Click "Unsubscribe" in any of our emails, or reply "unsubscribe", and we won't email you again.
